How to use Coravin Sparkling<\/p>\n
Insert the Sparkling Stopper
\nAfter pouring all the sparkling wine you want, lift the Stopper\u2019s locking handle to the open position. Then place the Stopper on the open bottle and press the locking handle down firmly until you hear it click.<\/p>\n
Resetting the CO2 level
\nCheck the pressure indicator to ensure that it is green. This means that there is a Coravin Pure\u2122 Sparkling CO2 capsule installed. Align the system on top of the Stopper and press firmly. The pressure indicator will turn red, indicating that the bottle is ready to be filled with CO2. When the indicator turns green again, the CO2 level will have been restored.<\/p>\n

Tilt to release gas
