The tajine is a traditional Moroccan stew dish. This cooking has responded to time, the need to cook without water: the tajine allows you to preserve the moisture of the food by dropping the steam coming from them thanks to the lid. Some tips for using your Emile Henry tagine:<\/p>\n
Always start on low heat for the first 5 minutes to gradually increase the temperature. Do not heat the base of your empty tagine: always add a little water or oil. Make sure there is always juice in your tajine as you cook. If necessary, you can add a small glass of water. Keep the tagine closed while cooking, you can of course quickly open it to add more ingredients and spices.<\/p>\n
