I am here on beautiful Oahu, Hawaii, the island known for its crystal clear surf and white sand beaches.” Patrick’s journey to the Pacific Paradise has led him to savor fresh mango, pineapple and agave, ingredients that make up many of our cocktails. He has created a tropical Negroni, a warm Mai Tai, a spicy Mango Margarita and an exotic signature cocktail, each a tribute to this lush tropical land steeped in culture and folklore.
