OONI Karu 16 Portable Multi-combustible Pizza Oven

Thanks to the different fuel options, try using wood and/or charcoal for the pleasure of the experience of a pizza made according to the rules and that delicate aroma of wood-fired cooking, or opt for low-maintenance cooking with a gas burner for the Ooni Karu 16 (sold separately).
Thanks to new design features, it prepares pizzas of about 40 cm in diameter while taking advantage of improved temperature control, more fuel-efficient airflow, better oven insulation and better visibility.
After just 15 minutes of preheating, you can bake 500°C flame-baked pizzas in 60 seconds, seared Tomahawk steaks to perfection, grilled vegetables and much more with the Ooni Karu 16 oven.
