Cooking on 2 levels

Perfect for cooking for the whole family, this oven cooks quickly and evenly on 2 levels. You can put together a main dish and side dishes, so you don’t need to use different accessories to prepare a complete meal.

You can prepare a whole roast chicken with lemon, herbs and potatoes, Tuscan-style roast pork with vegetables, marinated chicken skewers with hot pitta bread, or simply two baked pizzas to bake at the same time. The illuminated digital grill guide helps you optimally position the food on the oven grill according to the selected functions.

Full wrap-around convection technology

Fast, crispy and even baking. The high-speed fan, rear heat source and wrap-around airflow work in synergy to heat the air throughout the oven, resulting in even cooking on both grills without the need to rotate trays or turn food.

Infrared sources located at the top and bottom allow a temperature range of 40 °C to 230 °C, while the third heat source at the rear, located behind the high-speed fan, creates a convection of super-heated air. The unique high-low ventilation system circulates air throughout the oven, resulting in even cooking on both levels.

You can prepare an infinite number of dishes with 10 customisable cooking functions using just one cooking accessory.

– Air frying: fast and super crispy results with little or no oil. Up to 75% less fat than traditional frying methods. Perfect for cooking your favourite fried foods, from chicken breast cutlets and sizzling sausages to crispy baked potatoes.

– Roast: crispy exterior and perfectly cooked interior, ideal for roast dishes such as chicken breasts with lemon, herbs and asparagus or salmon fillets with broccoli and sweet potatoes.
– Whole roast: cooking and crisping on all sides of the roast without turning it. At the same time prepare a tender beef roast or 2.25 kg chicken with vegetables for a complete meal, or a larger roast, such as a 5.4 kg turkey.
– Grill: with heat from above and below for crispy cooking, you can evenly grill kebab skewers with cheese au gratin potatoes or pasta timbales such as ricotta cannelloni with a bubbly grilled topping.
– Baking: easily bake the biscuits, cakes and pastries you love or create delicious dishes such as savoury pies, omelettes, pasta timbales and more.
– Pizza: your personal pizza at home! The dedicated pizza setting is designed to cook homemade or frozen pizzas, calzones, piadinas to perfection.
– Drying: gently dehydrate ingredients such as fruit, vegetables and meat to create healthy snacks, from beef strips to dried fruit.
– Reheating: reheats leftovers to revive their freshness and crispness, as if freshly baked and without overcooking them. Ideal for pizzas, spring rolls and much more.

– Toast: quickly toast up to 8 slices of bread to the desired toasting level with the integrated toast selector.

– Bagel: perfectly toast up to 8 bagel halves by placing them on the grill, with a deliciously crispy exterior.

Easy to use

Easily select a cooking function, time and temperature/toasting level with the touch controls and digital display, all located on the elegant oven door handle. When the door is open, the settings are locked to prevent accidental changes to the cooking cycle.

The removable crumb tray makes it easy to clean up crumbs and small food residues.

The oven includes 2 grills (each suitable for a 30.5 cm pizza), a baking tray, a roasting tray and an air frying basket (with a capacity of 1.8 kg of ingredients).
