The new Z10, a masterpiece of Swiss engineering, doubles the variety of coffee specialities.
At the push of a button it prepares the entire range of hot products, from intense espresso to trendy flat white,
with the Cold Brew specialities it inaugurates a new dimension of coffee enjoyment, allowing access to an entire parallel universe.
This is made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.), which recognises the selected speciality and adjusts the grinding fineness exactly within a few moments.

JURA has also developed the original Cold Extraction Process, an extraordinary refreshing innovation.
High-pressure cold water is passed slowly in intermittent jets through the freshly ground coffee powder.
The result is a completely new way to enjoy coffee: refreshing, energising speciality coffees with a wonderfully balanced aroma.

This unique automatic speciality coffee machine from the premium segment is equipped with a 4.3″ display with touch screen technology,
with twice as fast touch response speed and Blue Crystal Rotary Switch.
The Speciality Selection menu and artificial intelligence make operation particularly easy and intuitive. The quantum leap in technology is reflected in the sculptural design.
The convex-concave front panel is visible proof of the love of detail and absolute precision construction.
