Cleaning and care:

Wait for the product to cool completely before starting to clean it.
Remove any residue from the base and edges of the product. For stubborn food residue, fill the product with warm soapy water and let it soak for 15-20 minutes before washing as usual.
Do not use aggressive detergents, abrasive and/or metal sponges or very hard and rigid brushes to clean the surfaces.
After washing, dry the product thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
Saucepan: Saucepans with cast iron and phenolic handles are dishwasher safe. However, constant use of the dishwasher may lead to the glazed finish becoming dull.
Saucepan lid: Lids with stainless steel and phenolic knobs are dishwasher safe. Lids with gold, iridescent, copper and black nickel knobs should be hand washed to maintain their finish.
