They are also ideal for preparing meals: the vacuum lids allow you to quickly vacuum seal food for storage in the refrigerator or freezer, keeping it fresh for up to five times longer*. It’s easy: place the vacuum pump on the valve, press the button and off you go. The lids offer additional flexibility: they also fit the STAUB CERAMIQUE bowls (without handles). For maximum freshness, vacuum bags are also available, ideal for freezing, sous vide cooking or marinating food. *Compared to traditional storage systems without vacuum.
