Moka Exclusive was created by carefully studying every detail. Finishes reminiscent of vintage style for a new Made in Italy icon. Super glossy colours, silicone gasket and protective coating inside the boiler. The diamond-shaped knob and the shape of the handle evoke, with modernity and elegance, the Moka of the 1960s.
1. Start by pouring water at room temperature into the boiler of the coffee maker and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level to avoid obtaining coffee that is too watery.
2. Now choose your preferred ground coffee blend. Caution! The blend should be specifically ground for Moka, not too fine. Fill the funnel of the coffee machine generously, without pressing the coffee down.
3. A little secret? Set the fire to the minimum and take your time; it is worth waiting a few minutes longer to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has completely risen in the drip tray, turn off the heat.
4. Now the crucial moment: the taste. To best savour all the aromas released, we recommend drinking the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
