Cuisinart Mini Prep Pro has a capacity of 900 ml, you can quickly and easily chop onions and garlic, as well as make breadcrumbs and grind nuts. You can also make sauces, pesto, hummus and mayonnaise. It is also great for mixing small quantities such as smoothies, compotes and baby food.

It is really easy to use with only 1 blade that rotates in both directions for chopping/blending or grinding. The bowl and blade are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.
