The WÜSTHOF 26 cm diamond-coated knife sharpener is to be used for dull or moderately sharp knives. The special shape of the diamond grain on the sharpening rod guarantees an outstanding sharpening of the knife blade. The result: a smooth, sharp edge. This sharpening rod has a fine grain. As these rods remove a small amount of metal from the knife, we recommend using another WÜSTHOF sharpening rod for daily or weekly maintenance.
