BERKEL Pro Line XS25 Red Slicer

Pro Line XS 25-30 is Berkel’s latest line of professional electric gravity slicers. This product range combines compact dimensions with the refined design recognisable in all our slicers made of soft lines, no sharp edges, high performance materials and all details in the characteristic Berkel red.

Aimed mainly at the HO.RE.CA. channel, Pro Line XS meets the needs of a user who, with a limited investment, is looking for excellent cutting performance without renouncing the highest safety standards and an ease of cleaning unrivalled in its category.

– 38° inclined web to facilitate product pressing and slice dropping
