STAUB Cast Iron Round Cocotte 24 cm Eucalyptus

With a capacity of 3.8 litres and a diameter of 24 cm, the round cocotte is perfect for cooking for the family. It is also ideal for baking bread, allowing you to obtain a perfect round loaf. Made of high-quality cast iron, it distributes and retains heat evenly. The tight-fitting lid, with its aromatic rain structure, collects condensation and releases it onto the food, ensuring juicy and flavourful dishes. To further enhance your dishes, add fresh herbs such as sage, bay leaves or thyme. Versatile, the cocotte is compatible with all types of cooking, including the oven. You can sear a pork fillet on the stove and transfer it to the oven for perfect browning. Usable from -20°C to 250°C, heating it slowly, it is advisable to handle it with oven gloves and wooden or silicone utensils.
